Roger was an person to look up to and learn from. We had a funny thing we did if he was coming to talk to me about something, I knew he wanted to talk to me but I would look away jokingly and pretending I didn't see him and start walking away from him. He would always say "Too late, you made eye contact." Then we'd joke and continue on with the conversation whether it was a serious conversation or just passing on information. Roger will now be making eye contact with the Lord! Roger will be dearly missed walking the hangar floors and hallways of Duncan Aviation, "making eye contact" and making us better just for knowing him. To his family I pray that God will give you peace and comfort as you walk forward in your life. And know that Roger has touched many lives and for that I'm a better person because of him.
