Condolence: I worked with Joe at Community Action, he always brought a smile to everyone’s face. Our Clients thought the world of him. I’m going to miss seeing him at work showing us pictures of his Grandchildren and talking about his new truck. My Husband new him for his years at the city. He’s going to be missed.
