On November 18, 2021, Alline C. Dukes; a wife, mother, daughter, and sister passed away. She attended Battle Creek Public Schools and later became a bus driver for them. She enjoyed driving big vehicles such as RV's and big SUV's. She was determined to get a Hummer Dummer before she passed and she did just that. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, playing cards, traveling, fishing and making up her own words (waffle daffles).

She preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Johnnie Mac Dukes, a brother, SSGT Lewis Boykins, son, Brian Henry West-Moore, Granddaughter, Dawn West, Great Granddaughters, Brianne West and Eniyah Hollins and a special son, Brandon Anderson.

Alline will be forever remembered by her loving children, Denise Sharp, Winifred, Lori, Susan, George, Teresa and Craig West all of Battle Creek, MI; sister-in-law, Norma Boykins and a host of nieces and nephews from Columbus, OH.

Alline will also be sadly missed by her 32 grandchildren, 88 great grandchildren and 63 great great grandchildren. Alline was blessed to see 5 generations. A special friend to the end, Booker Barbee.

Internment took place at the Fort Custer National Cemetery on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
