Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Ann (Corner) Cooper announces her passing on December 14th, 2018 at home surrounded by her loved ones. Ann was born January 21st, 1937 to James and Ida Corner in Grand Rapids Michigan. Ann married Jack Cooper March 4th, 1958.
She graduated from Kellogg Community College with high honors in 1983. Wanting to care for others lead her to a career in the medical field as a X-Ray Technician at Pennock Hospital until she retired in 2002. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She always enjoyed time with her family. A good book was never far from hand. She was a crafty person and always had many projects in the works. Regrettably Dementia stole her retirement and independence.
Ann is survived by her daughter Joyce, son Jack Jr, Brothers Dave (Elaine) and Jim (Sandy), grandchildren Charlie (Leona), Heather, Jennifer, Andrea (Paul), Laura (Mike), Jack III (Hannah) and 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in passing by her parents, husband and sister Sue.
In keeping with her wishes no funeral services will be held. The family request that you consider donating to the Alzheimer’s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter Non-Profit.
