Barbara Ann Williams, 81, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Majestic Care of Battle Creek. She was born on August 12, 1941, the daughter of George Wyman Williams and Thelma Marie (McGee) Williams.

Barbara was strong in her faith and was a dedicated member of Full Gospel Deliverance Center in Battle Creek, under the leadership of Bishop Essie Ingraham. Barbara was deeply involved in foster care and adopted many of those she took in. She dedicated many years and retired from Post Cereal and then continued work at the VA Medical Center as a Nurse Assistant in Battle Creek.

Barbara is survived by her longtime companion, Booker Barbee; children, Larry (Fawn) Williams, Carlton Williams, Tommy Williams, Percy Williams, Jamauel Fault-Williams, Theresa Williams, Latrice Williams; 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren; brothers, Charles Williams, Larry Bynum, Gregory Bynum; special friends, Bishop Essie Ingraham, Francine Robinson, Janet Holley; god children, Raz (Richard) Mathis, Steven Garrett, Wilks Jackson; step-daughters, Barbara Jean Watson, Theresa Roberts-Hollis and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Joy Williams, Donna Williams and Frances Williams.
