Bertha Emelia Hinton, 66, of Bellevue, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at home. She was born on October 31, 1951, the daughter of Ricardo Benavidez and Alicia (Almeida) Benavidez.
Bertha worked in several different areas from lunches in the school cafeteria, to the construction of bridges. She was a Godly woman and enjoyed attending different churches but she had been attending New Hope Church for the past year or so.
Bertha is survived by her two Sons, Erik Vasquez, and Efrain (Karla) Vasquez; Daughter, Delma Vasquez-Willmon (Mark Vernon); Grandchildren, Mason, Ariel, Josh, Marla, Dallas, Jade, Jude, Gabby, Kelcey, Gavin and her former husband and still close friend, Rodney Hinton. She was preceded in death by her Father, Ricardo Benavidez, Mother, Alicia Benavidez.
Bertha loved to go out with friends. She loved to cook and make sure those she loved were fed. She enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren and attending different church functions. She will be dearly missed by all those she touched throughout life.
