We extended our sincere sympathy in the loss of your dear wife and mother. Loosing a loved family member is never easy. Although we did not personally know Carolyn, we know her son Don and he has many positive qualities we are sure as his mother she helped him to develop through her example and loving care. May your faith keep you strong. John, Delilah and Nathanael Kraft.

Since the age of 5, Carolyn and I had a very special friendship. There were 10 houses between where her parents and mine lived. We were together or we talked to each other nearly every day until I married and moved out of town for a few years. From an early age, we played with our dolls together, ran to show our Christmas presents to each other, cut out paper dolls together, had our own little picnic lunches in our back yards, walked to school together, did our homework together, went to church together, enjoyed church camp together, and spent summer vacation days with each other's family at Gull Lake and Oliverda Lake. Carolyn and her husband, Terry, were Matron of Honor and Best Man at my wedding. Over the years we shared our joys and our heartaches as only true friends do. Carolyn was always there for me, to pray with me or for my family or to just chat. No one could have been a more loyal friend. I am blessed to have 78 years of precious memories of the rarest kind of friendship there is. When we see each other again, there will be great rejoicing ! We will continue our most valued friendship throughout eternity and we will never again have to say good-bye, dear friend.
