He is survived by his father, Kevin Perkins; mother, Teresa Eaton; grandfather, Robert Eaton; grandmother, Gloria Treadwell; brothers, Christian (Chelsea) Perkins, Chance Perkins, Jasper Perkins; sister, Courtney (Jason) Lower; step brother, Todd Crane; aunts, Kimberly Gruell, Tracy Huff, Shawna Perkins, Renee Perkins; uncle, Kirk Perkins; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate Chase's life will be held at Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 4:00 pm.
Chase will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those he touched.
