Obituary for Cindy Phelps
Heaven gained another angel unexpectedly when Cindy passed away at home in the early hours on March 7th, at the age of 63.
She lived out her days at home helping care for her grandchildren. She looked forward to the nice weather upon us as she enjoyed getting out and about to go to garage sales and taking afternoons to enjoy some time outside with her cherished pet cats. She was a very humorous, vigorous, free spirited woman.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Megan Phelps and Mindi Burbank; son, Johnny Morris; beloved grandchildren, Madisyn Phelps, Brody Phelps, Paige Burbank, and Kamryn Wiest. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Knight and her late husband, Donny Burbank.
It will be the little things we will remember: the quiet moments, the smiles, and the laughter. It will be the memories of these things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.
In accordance with Cindy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
