After 30 years of dedicated service, Cricket retired from Eaton. His retirement didn't last long as he went back to work at Herman's Hardware. He married Dodi in 1994 and the two spent the last 28 wonderful years together.
Cricket is survived by his wife, Dodi (Ayres) Burrows; sons, Creighton "Corky" Burrows Jr., Lyle (Andy) Holibaugh; daughters, Annette (Alex) Mansfield, Holly (Michelle) Neubeck, Pennie (Raymond) McCurdy; 24 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; brother, Robert (Sondia) Burrows; sisters, Linda (Terry) Bis, Julie (Jeff) Burrows; sister-in-law, Debbie Burrows and numerous nieces and nephews. Cricket was known as the neighborhood small engine repair man. He was a jack-of-all trades, and there wasn't anything that he couldn't fix. Even though he kept himself busy, everyone knew that his grandchildren and great grandchildren were the light of his life and he loved them with everything he had.
