Obituary for Dale Leland Oberhauser
Dale Leland Oberhauser, 89, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. He was born on January 12, 1929, the son of William F. Oberhauser and Lydia V. (Doty) Oberhauser.
Dale was a member of the Kellogg 25 Year Club.
Dale is survived by his Daughter, Priscilla S. (Ronald) Johnson, 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his Father, William F. Oberhauser, Mother, Lydia V. Oberhauser, Son, Roger D. Oberhauser, Four Brothers, Dean Oberhauser, Don Oberhauser, Richard Oberhauser, Charles Oberhauser, Three Sisters, Doris Batterson, Bessie Oberhauser, Wylatta Luna and Ex-Wife, Lona Oberhauser (Yohpe).
Dale loved spending his days in any bowling alley he could find. He was a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and enjoyed watching them on TV. Once he started working at Kellogg Cereal Company, he devoted his life to his job and later retired after 45 years of service.
Interment will take place in the Abscota Cemetery.
