David Lee Bolden was born in Battle Creek, Michigan to James Allen Bolden Sr. and Georgia Fields Bolden, went home to be with Jesus on July 1, 2022, and July 12, 2022 when he was found.

David attended Battle Creek Public School and graduated from Battle Creek Central.

David received advanced training in electronics and repair. David could fix a crippled stick, rescue a drowning drop of water... and still have so much love for everyone he met, and shared a taste and a sip of his favorite brew.

David was never married and he fathered no children. David simply loved life, and all the people in it.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Mrs. Georgia Fields Bolden and Mr. James Allen Bolden Sr. respectively; older brothers, Fred, Ed Lee, Jamie, and baby brother, Carl.

He leaves the precious memory of his passing to those family still living sisters, Janice Bolden, Kay Turner and Joan Spence; brother, Raymond Bolden; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and too many friends to count.

Family visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral and Cremation Service on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm with a memorial service following at 2:00 pm. All those who wish to send or bring flowers are welcomed to do so.
