Obituary for DeeAnna Jo Hunsanger
DeeAnna Jo (Jones) Hunsanger was born in Shamrock, TX on June 22, 1978 to Linda Henderson and Ronald Jones. At the age of 2 she moved to Lubbock, TX then at the age of 15 she moved to Battle Creek, MI. She passed on May 29th 2020 at the age of 41.
DeeAnna married Russell Jones in 1994 but divorced in 1999, she then married Eric Hunsanger in 2000.
Surviving are her husband Eric; her Daughters, Amylee (Teran) Ortega and Brittnie (Jermaine) Jones, and her two sons Daniel (Chelsea) Jones, and Eric Hunsanger, all from Battle Creek, MI. Also surviving are 2 brothers, Leon (Connie) Jones, and John Paul Jones; 1 sister, Angie (Stan) Lawrence; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, as well as several great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her best friend Kimberly Kilgore. DeeAnna is preceded in death by her parents Linda Henderson and Ronald Jones.
DeeAnna worked for Bailey Park Thriftway, she also worked for Walters Dimmick for many years. She loved being with her family and her grandkids, she loved hanging with her best friend, Kimberly Kilgore, listening to music. Most importantly, she loved being with her husband, Eric Hunsanger.
In accordance with DeeAnna’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
