Delores "Grandma Dee" Kay Springer, 79, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Bronson Battle Creek. She was born on May 9, 1938, the daughter of Joseph Edward Evans and Stella (Hill) Evans.
Grandma Dee is survived by her Son, Harry (Lisa Lynn) Springer Jr. of Battle Creek, MI; Daughters, Teresa Springer of Battle Creek, MI and Brenda (Carey Sr) Cox of FL; Grandchildren, Kimberlee and Brian Springer, Tony Rupley, Amanda Hickman, Andrew Rupley, Amber Rupley, Crystalee Adams, Carey Cox Jr, Heidi Dupont, Temple Damper, Dewey Cox, James Kiser, Joshua Morgan, Benjamin Morgan, Michelle Crandall, Clyde, Marla and Tammy Morgan; 29 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren; Niece, Koweba Malik; Nephew, Charles Burk III;Great Nephew, Zack Burk; Great Niece, Star Malik; Sisters, Katherine (Evans)Taylor of East Leroy, MI and Carol Feltner of Battle Creek, MI; Brother, Joseph Evans of Battle Creek, MI; Sister-in-law, Frances Brown of Indiana; and France Family of Indiana; She was preceded in death by her Parents and Step-Mother, Florence Marie Evans; Former Husband, Harry Lee Springer Sr.; Daughter, Grace Garrett; 4 Brothers; 1 Sister; 1 Great Nephew; and her extended Springer Family.
She enjoyed watching TV, formerly enjoyed bowling. She loved being around children and was a nanny to many children.
