Dewond "Wond" Mozat Wheat Estes Jr., 29, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022. He was born on April 27, 1992, the son of Dewond Mozat Wheat Estes and Kelly Delores Cross.
Dewond attended Southfield Academy and Battle Creek Central High School. He attended First Salem Baptist Church,
Dewond is survived by his Wife Labricia Banks; Grandmother, Diane (Estes) McLiechey; Sons, Dewond Estes III and Daymeer Estes; Daughter, Dayonna Estes; Sisters, Denesha Estes, DeChyell Howlett, England Crump, Dalelah Estes and Dalayha Estes; Brothers, DelGotti (Maria Heider) Estes, DeoVhonie (Amaya Jarvis) Estes, Christopher Blythe and Dawond Estes; Aunts, Kylie Cross, Katherine Cross, Kandice Cross, Jenny Martuge, Angela Turner, Jessica Wesner, Sis Colen, Loretta Howlett and Julia "Tizzy" Hatfield; Uncle, Durand Fields. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Susan Cross, Grandfather, Harvey Cross and Brother, Dashaun Estes.
Dewond enjoyed football, cooking and spending time with his family, especially his children. He was a comedian and was always the life of the party.
