Obituary for Don Paul Steele
Don Paul Steele, 70, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019. He was born on April 11, 1948, the son of the late D. Paul Steele and Ruth M. (Aagaard) Steele. He worked as a carpenter for over 30 years and was a member of local #525.
Don is survived by his wife Avelina (Fabro) Steele; son, Don (Anna) Steele III; 2 sisters, Sally Griffin and Susan (Norman) Hunter; brother, Jeffrey (Clo-Ella) Steele; granddaughter, Hali and 3 grandsons, D.J., Jorrdon and Dakota. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He always thought of others first. Don will be missed by all, and was loved by his family. He loved to spend time walking in the woods at his cabin up north, except in winter, when he would be in Florida. No matter where he was, north or south, he could see one of his favorite sights, The Sunset. Don enjoyed watching his grandchildren in their activities.
