Obituary for Donald Lee Goodnoe

Donald Lee Goodnoe , 38, of Battle Creek, Mi, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday,July 16 2017. He was born on December 11,1978, in Marshall, Michigan to Duane K. Goodnoe and Tina M.(Bunker) Myer.

Don graduated from Bellevue High School. He married Amy Lynn Cobb-Goodnoe on October 31, 2009. He worked as a Herdsman for Wing Acres Dairy Farm. Displaying a passion for animals. Don was an outdoorsman extraordinaire. He had a passion for farming, hunting, and fishing with his son. He enjoyed 4-H in his younger years and never shied away from a hard days work or a friend in need. He was known for always giving those he cared about a nickname to match his own "Redneck". Don was a very generous man with all the people he met, very seldom a request for help of any kind went un answered. He spent a lot of his time working to help all the friends and family that he could. He enjoyed teaching his son and all young people to hunt, fish, operate equipment, and sound work ethic.

Don is survived by his wife of 12 years- Amy Lynn Cobb-Goodnoe; Son, Jackson Lee Goodnoe; beloved dog Deeter; Parents, Duane K. (Jean) Goodnoe, Tina M, (Gene) Myer, Father in law Glenn B. Cobb, Mother in Law Kathleen Kroschel, sister Christina A. ( Kevin) Westphal, a brother Kenneth D. Goodnoe, adopted sister Billie K. Zuniga, adopted brother Nathan W. Hammond, a sister in law Jennifer A. Cobb ;Niece's and Nephews, Scarlet ,Victoria, Andrew, Eliseo,Antonio,Nathan,James and Rena. Grandparents Billie L. (Richard) Meddaugh and Mary A. ( Bezzeg) Esch. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

He is proceeded in death by grandparents Kenneth E. Goodnoe, Maxine H. (Ripley) Goodnoe, Walter L. Esch and Marvin R. Bunker.
