Obituary for Eniyah M. Hollins

Eniyah Michelle Hollis (Bossy E) died suddenly on Sunday, June 27th at the age of 24. Eniyah was born December 11, 1996, in Battle Creek, Michigan to Nakisha Newton and Charles Hollins Jr.

Eniyah graduated from Battle Creek Central, C/O 2015 and attended Kellogg Community College while in High School. She worked at US Addiction in the call center for 3 years. She later applied to work at the Federal Center in the call center as well and would have been starting July 6, 2021.

Eniyah was an outgoing, intelligent and wild spirit young lady. She enjoyed being around her family and friends and lived everyday like it was her birthday. Eniyah was very outspoken and let it be known that she did not like anyone. If she was not hangry then she was always smiling. She enjoyed keeping her god children (Ky’Airah, Jason and Marquist), they were her world and spending time with her BFF Shantiana & Shanice Brown. Special Cousin Kiara Richardson.

Eniyah beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her parents, Nakisha Newton and Charles Hollins Jr., both of Battle Creek, Michigan; sisters, Nadeyah Paige, Amiyah Hollins and A’Niilah Hollins of Battle Creek, Michigan; brothers, Charles Hollins of Battle Creek, Michigan and Kyree Hollins of Nashville Tennessee; grandparents, Susan Harris, Betty Newton both of Battle Creek, Michigan, Charles (Ethel)Hollins Sr. of Memphis, Tennessee; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Eniyah was proceeded in death by her grandfather, Thomas Newton.

The funeral service will be held at Kingdom Builders Worldwide, 50 Spencer St. Battle Creek, Michigan 49014 on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 12:00 pm, with the family receiving friends 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Reese Cemetery.
