Franklin Lee White, 75, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on February 2, 1942, the son of Ernest White and Dorothy (Martin) White.
Frank honorably served his country in Vietnam in the United States Army. He received many medals and awards including: the Army Occupational Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Purple Heart Medal.
Frank is survived by his Wife, Debra A. (Vest) White of Battle Creek, Michigan; Two Sons, Bret Christopher (Coreen) White and Daniel Matthew (Jenny) White; Two Daughters, Sarah White, Kathy (Andy) Parlin; Two Brothers, Don White, Dave White; two step-sons, Timmy Morgan,Tommy Morgan and 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Father, Ernest White, Mother, Dorothy White, Daughter, Michelle White, Brother, Ernest White.
Frank loved his Ford classic cars. He enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and feeding them outside of his house. Frank especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a kind hearted man, that would do anything for his family.
