Gene Roy Francis Woolley, 88, of Hickory Corners, Michigan, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at his home. He was born on December 2, 1928, the son of Milton Charles Woolley and Goldie Irene (Decker) White.
Gene was a 1947 graduate of WK Kellogg Agricultural School. He served in the US Air Force and returned home and was employed at Eaton Transmission for 28 years and was the owner / operator of Woolley Builders & Cabinetry Inc., in Richland, where he worked with his sons and grandchildren.
Gene is survived by his Wife of 67 years, Lois Joy (Brown) Woolley of Hickory Corners, MI; Daughter, Sue (Fred) Cummins of Battle Creek, MI; Two Sons, Mark (Kimberly) Woolley of Delton, MI and Steven (Talija) Woolley of Hickory Corners, MI; 7 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents.
Gene enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery and loved spending time with his family.He was a member of the Gull Lake Bible Church where he served as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher.
