We did not know that Hal has passed until yesterday, when I read the paper.
Hal was a wonderful person, and a personal close friend of not only our entire family, but especially my son BRANDON, who went to Heaven September 3, 2011.
In the years preceding Brandon's death, and now Hal's, they were both so much of our lives.
Hal was a very special person; foreward-moving and positive. He survived many physical problems and recovered, amazingly. He was an avid baseball fan, and never missed a season of our local team; his box seat was right near home base; many times my AngelSon Brandon accompanied him there, and so did my other children and myself.
He , in 2012, kindly drove us, when we couldn't get there, to my step-mother's funeral rehersal and funeral. He also helped Brandon find suitable housing , and often gave him a ride to where he needed to go, many times.
Hal's family are equally giving and dear; having taken Brandon under their wing, and providing for him many things he needed.
Hal loved birds, especially Parakeets, and through the years, had many. He loved them like they were human children.
He loved politics, and was quite active in writing per internet, many letters to many Congressional, and others, expressing his views on many issues concerning the American public. He was an advocate for human rights, and a very kind, generous, and giving person.
He loved the outdoors and nature; He loved life, and had many professional experiences, of which he would explain in detail. . He was a very intelligent man; level-headed and pleasant.
Our family will miss Hal very much. We feel very fortunate to have known him, and his dear sister and brother-in-law.
God bless him, and , though he did not Believe, I know he is in Heaven. Thank you, Hal, for the love you gave to our family. You will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace, dear friend.
