Jean M. Millsap, 67, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019. She was born on February 14, 1952, the daughter of Richard Wilson Shive and Juanita Marie (Long) Shive. She taught sunday school for 10 years at Andrus St. Church and involved with the Women's Ministry at the church. Jean enjoyed fishing, crocheting and especially, spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband JD Millsap; daughter, Terri (Tim) Palmer; son, Robert (Annie) Rawson; 2 grandsons, Adam and Rob; 3 granddaughters, Morgan, Lauren, and Lynnlee; 4 brothers, Donald Shive, Richard (Kay) Shive, Terry Shive, and John (Lisa) Shive; 3 sisters, Angela (Joe) Norton, Robin Woods, and Tina (Brian) Burton; sister-in-law, Marion Shive and her life-long friend, June Strong. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, William Shive and Kevin Shive.

In accordance with Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place and the memorial service will be held at the Andrus Street Church of God, 765 Andrus Street, on Friday, July 26, 2019, 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jean's name may be made to: Heartland Hospice.
