Obituary for Jessie Myra Asher (Paradine)
Jessie M. Asher, 64, of East Leroy, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at University of Michigan Health Systems. She was born on October 18, 1954, the daughter of George Paradine and Katherine M. (Hunn) Paradine.
Jessie attended and graduated from Battle Creek Central High School.Jessie was very proud of the fact that she was a Sheriff in Mexico, worked in the Loss Prevention Department at Meijer and was the Customer Service Manager at Walmart, both in Battle Creek, MI.
Jessie is survived by her Husband, Danny D. Asher; Brother, Sam Ripoli; Two Sisters, Judy Everett, Marsha Sovey; Grandchildren, Brittany, Robert Jr., Sadie, Jessie, Alex and Thane; Great-Grandchildren, Zedidiah, MaKenna, Lillianne and Carielle and all other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her Parents and Two Sons, Timothy Duane Asher, Robert Lee Asher.
Jessie enjoyed watching television, going out to movies, being social on Facebook, playing games and spending her time doing cross-word puzzles. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoyed watching them play and grow. She will truly be missed by those that knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held at the Baxter Funeral and Cremation Service, on Thursday, June 20, 2019 starting at 2:00 pm.
Interment will take place at the Fort Custer National Cemetery.
