Obituary for John Woodrow Qualls Jr.
John Woodrow Qualls Jr., 53, of Springfield, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. He was born on July 26, 1968, the son of John Woodrow Qualls and Etta G. (Schwartz) Zuck.
John worked in Battle Creek, MI at Henkel Auto for 10 years and Seelye Kia for 16 years as a Car Detailer. He was a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and would argue with anyone as to why they were the best team out there. He loved to be outdoors, fishing, golfing, taking trips to the casino and playing the lottery with scratch off tickets. John was a wonderful man who loved his family and friends.
John is survived by his parents, Michael and Etta Zuck; sisters, Tina (Jeremy) Seaman, Lisa Qualls; brothers, Michael (Deanna) Busby, Shannon (Roberta) Zuck, Tracy (Amanda) Zuck; two boys that he loved like his own sons, Nick Bernard, Justin Stockman; special friend, Renee Bernard; special granddaughter, Cheyenne Stockman and several nieces, nephews, Kent Matthews and his Seelye Kia family. He was preceded in death by his father, John Woodrow Qualls.
A graveside service will be held at the Reese Cemetery on July 11, 2022 at 1:00 pm.
