Obituary for John G. Soule
John G. Soule, 60, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Bronson Battle Creek. He was born on October 14, 1961, the son of Donald W. Soule and Nancy Lee (Haywood) Soule.
John graduated from Battle Creek Central High School. He dedicated 36 years to Lakeland Asphalt, where he met many people and considered them more like family than just a place of employment. Everyday John enjoyed reading his Bible, he even kept one in his car so he had it everywhere he went. He enjoyed driving through the neighborhood to make sure all the elderly people felt safe and made sure they had everything they needed. Many will remember John as a kind-hearted man that always made sure others were taken care of before himself.
John is survived by his mother, Nancy; son, Justin Bailey; brother, Jeffrey; daughter-in-law, Tasha; grandchildren, Makayla, Justin Jr., Mariah, Madison; great granddaughter, Braeleigh; niece and nephews, James II, Jade and Pierce (Brieanna), numerous cousins and friends that were more like family. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald; maternal and paternal grandparents; brother, Jim and nephew, Joey.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 West Dickman Road, on Friday, June 3, 2022 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
