Obituary for Karen Ann Irving (Crabill)

Karen Ann Irving, 77, of Marshall, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 21, 2022. She was born on May 5, 1944, the daughter of Donald and Marjorie (Peck) Crabill.

Karen attended and graduated from Olivet High School. She was a member of the West Eckford Community Church in Marshall and made many friends throughout the years. She owned and operated her own business, Karen's Ceramics and Woodcraft. Art was her passion and she found joy in the pieces that she created.

Karen is survived by her sons, Steven (Tonya) Irving and Kevin Irving; grandchildren, Brandon Hall, Hailey (Michael) Langston and William Irving; sisters, Patricia (Floyd) Veith and Helen Miller; brother, Joseph (Avonna) Crabill; special friends from church, Laurie Peck and Andrea Peck and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Karen enjoyed being outdoors. She loved camping, fishing and competing in horse shows when she was younger. Karen was a tough woman, she never let anyone tell her what she could and could not do. She loved her family, her children and grandchildren meant the world to her and she always made sure they were taken care of before herself. She will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

At this time, cremation has taken place and no services are being held.
