Kathy was truly selfless who was always more concerned about others and their needs above her own. Her love and devotion for her family (and animals) was so admirable and with out approach. She was also one of the most resourceful individuals that you will ever meet. Kathy you will be dearly missed!!!

Kathy was different. She put up a wall at first if she didn't care for you. You had to win her over. When you did, she was your friend for life. Knowing her since 1968 as the older sister to the girl I fell in love with, we eventually bonded as I continued to poke with her with my sense of humor. She definitely had a wonderful sense of humor. Yes it was bit morbid, but she always ended the joking around with a positive note, trying to go positive. She was a care-giver to my family several times in our lives, very important not to forget! Baby sitting for both my children, and giving her attention to those who asked for it. We asked her, and she was right there - every time. NO DOUBT. I was expecting to finish my life with these two sisters outliving me, as I'm sure Tom felt the same way...men usually go first.......well, life has to go on, and we will do our best to march forward. I'll always love you as a true sister I never had.

Aunt Kathy - Gone but never forgotten. I’ll miss your calls and our telephone chats. I’ll miss your positivity and grit. I’ll miss the things you taught me without even trying. But of all, I’ll miss the light you brought into everyone’s lives, especially my Mom’s. You will always be the Ying to her Yang. You two just worked. You understood each other. You supported each other. And we will all keep an eye on Tom, don’t you worry. Rest In Peace with LuLu. We will all see you again. - Chase

My sweet sister Kathy my heart is broken. You brought so much laughter and kindness into our lives and I will miss our long conversations usually when I was doing my hair or putting on my makeup. I will miss Christmas and our Frosty tradition. I was so blessed to have you for a sister.
