Korina "Korky" Antoinette Lake, 58, of Bellevue, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at home. She was born on May 28, 1961, the daughter of G. Dean Armour and Lillie M. Hall.
Korina was a fighter, she had survived cancer for 20 years.
Korina is survived by her Husband of 41 years, Richard Lake; Three Children, Wendy Armour, James (Cathy) Lake, Misty Lake; 13 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren with 2 more on the way; Sisters, Kristin (Rick) Hirlemann, Kim Minor, Katrina (Bob) Cato; Half-Sister, Valarie (Jeff) Thompson; Half-Brother, Marty Armour and Step-Brothers, Mark and Jeffe Albany. She was preceded in death by her Parents and Brother, Tony Hall.
Korina was known as the "Queen of Facebook" to her family, they always knew that they could expect a good laugh from her posts. She enjoyed fishing and having cookouts with her family and friends. Her main passion in life however, was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved them with her entire heart and she was so proud of all of them.
Visitation was held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Saturday March 14, 2020 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, with the funeral service following starting at 1:00 pm.
Interment will take place in the Hicks Cemetery.
