Loretta Cooper, 47, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 2, 2020 at home. She was born on December 4, 1972, the daughter of Albert Lindsey and Lillie Mae (Stewart) Sanders.
Loretta attended Battle Creek Central High School. She was a member of the New Harvest Christian Center in Battle Creek.
Loretta is survived by her Children, Christopher M. Cooper, Brittany N. Cooper, Robin J. Cooper; Mother, Lillie Mae Sanders; Father, John Houston Cooper; Six Grandchildren, Dacotis Powell, Corean Cooper, Justin Nichols Jr., Damini Cooper, Kyron Payne, Courtney Taylor Jr.; Three Brothers, Edward Charles Stewart, Willie (Robbie) James Cooper, Maurice (Angela) Cooper; Two Sisters, Joyce Ann (David) Mays, Yvonne Cooper and a host of step-sisters, step-brothers, nieces, nephews and all other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her Father, Albert Lindsey; Brother, Willie Lee Lindsey.
Loretta enjoyed traveling, cooking, listening to music and spending time with her family. Her main joy in life was her children and grandchildren. She loved all of them, and enjoyed watching them play and grow throughout the years. She truly will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
