Lori R. Garcia, 50, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020. She was born on October 11, 1970, the daughter of Reyes Garcia and Brenda (Lick) Garcia. She served her country in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged.

She is survived by her parents; son, Jacob Garcia; fiancé, Mark Walbeck; three grandchildren, Mason Garcia, Elijah Garcia and Rayleynn Garcia; two sisters, Tonya Garcia and Melissa (Steve) Brady; two brothers, Reyes Garcia and Shawn (Stephanie) Garcia; biological father, Leroy (Nina) Oliver. She was preceded in death by her sister, Tara Richardson.

Lori was one of the most caring and loving individuals you will ever meet. She always put everyone else before herself. Over the last year, Lori had been learning to ride motorcycles and was loving every minute of it.

In accordance with Lori's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Friday December 18, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Interment will take place in the Fort Custer National Cemetery.
