Lorna Wolverton, AKA Lorna Rountree, AKA Lori, lost her battle with lung cancer on August 24, 2017. She was 68 years old. An awesome mother, a loving wife, a devoted friend; she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She had a passion for cooking, though most of us felt like guinea pigs. "It's either feast or famine," was a famous saying around her dinner table. A lover of games, she was particularly fond of playing cards, Bingo, and the casino. She could be found every weekend playing cards with friends at the PNA. Not having any brothers or sisters - she found them in close friends. You all know who you are.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Jean (Megan Berns) Bisard.
Her wish was to be cremated and a memorial will be held in her honor.
