Obituary for Louis Charles Monaweck

Louis Charles Monaweck, 61, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. He was born on June 22, 1954, the son of Charles Monaweck and Laura (Pete) Monaweck.
Louis graduated from Harper Creek High School and then attended Michigan Tech on a wrestling scholarship. He later attended Western Michigan University where he graduated with his Bachelors Degree. He worked for Consumers Energy for 32 years prior to creating and establishing Midwest Powerline Inc.
Louis is survived by his parents; Charles and Laura Monaweck, his Wife of 19 years - Kate (Connell) Monaweck; Sons, Brian and Chet Monaweck; Brothers, Tom, Jim, and Dale Monaweck; Nephews, Tommy, Justin, Eric, Nick, Kevin, Trent, Alex Monaweck and Niece, Autumn, April Monaweck; Close Friends, Kirk Norton, Dale Asher, Rich Candelaria, Dave Davis and a host of other loving family and friends.
Louis loved his family above all else and he enjoyed doing things with his boys, Brian & Chet. He was a big motorsports enthusiast. He enjoyed circle track racing, boating, motorcycling, snowmobiling, jet skiing, and had a deep love for anything Ford especially his Mustang Shelby’s. Louis also liked politics, keeping up to date on the news, and going out to see bands and music. His favorite musician was Frankie Ballard. He also loved sports, football and wrestling were among his favorites and he was a wonderful coach. Louis had a huge heart and he loved to help others in any way he could. He will truly be missed by all the lives he touched through his journey.
