Martha "Cookie" Ann Little, 64, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, August 20, 2017. She was born on September 11, 1952, the daughter of Elijah Glass and Theresa Marie (Moss) Glass.
Martha was an active member of the Washington Heights United Methodist Church in Battle Creek. She graduated from Battle Creek Central High School with the Class of 1971.
Cookie is survived by her Daughter, Theresa Marie Little of Seattle, WA; Son, Terrence Wesley Little of Nashville, TN; Two Sisters, Leaticha Gray, Imogene Glass; Two Brothers, Elijah (Joyce) Glass Jr., Tommie Glass. She is survived by many special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and in-laws that she truly loved. She was preceded in death by her Father, Elijah Glass, Mother, Theresa Marie Glass and her Husband, William Lyttle.
Cookie was a very family oriented woman. She organized every family event or party imaginable which included playing games with her family and color coordinating outfits. She loved traveling to different states to visit with her children. She loved singing, listening to music, line dancing and shopping. She also helped out in the public, getting involved with the community and helping people that needed her. She had a huge heart and would share her love with anyone she met.
