Obituary for Martha Ann Smith
Martha Ann Smith, 63, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. She was born on October 10, 1956, the daughter of Will Albert Smith and Betty J. (Bowman) Butler.
Martha received her Associate Degrees in General Studies and Human Service. She previously was a CNA at Airwood and then went on to be a case manager at Inasmuchhouse Women's Shelter. She attended church at the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Battle Creek.
Martha is survived by her Children, Christopher Bowman, Krystal Hill, Nicole Hill, Renee Robinson; Four Grandchildren, Kai'Laya, Na'Kiyah, My'Leeah, William; Great-Grandchildren, London and Paris; Sister, Marie Butler and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her Father, Will Albert Smith and Mother, Betty J. Butler.
Martha enjoyed many things including shopping, music, skating and getting her hair and nails done. Her main passion in life however, was her family. She loved her children and grandchildren beyond any doubt. She truly will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
