Condolence: Dear Aunt Julie, Nan, Kelly & Kevin: I know you are experiencing grief at Uncle Melvin's home-going. I'm sorry to have missed a visit, but you all are in my prayers. I'll be coming to B.C. the 20th & spend Christmas with my Johnson/Spano family. I'll never forget what a capable carpenter your husband/father was, and what a great singing voice he used for the Lord. We enjoyed many Christmas gatherings at your home. Condolence: My sincerest condolences to all of Mel's family. As a close childhood friend of Nan's I spent a lot of time with the Allen family. I have so many fond memories of Mel and in those days thought of him as a second father. He was a kind and loving man and I know he will be greatly missed. May God bless you all and in time heal your sorrow.
