Obituary for Michael Eugene Woods
Michael Eugene Woods, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on January 9th, 2022. He was born November 21, 1968, the son of Morris and Ada (Wine) Woods.
Michael is survived by his children, Timothy (Maria) Crane and Angel (Jordan) Cress-Dickerson; their mother, Rose Keefus; grandchildren, Dean Crane, Jordan, Cora Cress-Dickerson; sister, Cary Woods; brothers, David (Laura Breed) and Robert Woods and a host of nieces and nephews. Also survived by Michael are his two very special friends, Aki Hill and Kimmie Yoder, as well as his beloved dog, Piper.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and sister Annette.
Mike had always enjoyed working on vehicles and made that into a career. He loved going to mud bogs with his brother, Dave. He also loved family get-togethers, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren as they are his pride and joy. Mike was always a very giving person, even when he didn’t really have it to give. He rarely expected anything back in return. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
Per Mike’s wishes, he has been cremated. A celebration of life will take place once warmer weather returns. Possibly late May, early June.
