Condolence: When I heard about Mildred passing my heart was sadened she was a wonderful lady I work with her the first time I started 25 years ago in the children's ministry in the nursery, she taught me alot about teaching little children about Jesus and that is why I am still teaching little ones because ladies like her at first wes have made it worth it and have shine through her smile to give smiles to children now at our church to just tell them that we are for them and Jesus is for them. We are going to miss you sweet Mildred but you will be an wonderful lady in heaven shinning there too love you rest in peace till we see you again.

Condolence From: Sharon Cayo
Condolence: My heart is so very sad. Mildred was a dear friend that I had worked with in the Children's Department at First Wes for many years. I loved the way she always said "children's " in her southern accent. She was such a hard worker and one that did so much behind the scene. She would prepare for the yearly Children's Christmas Program by taking all the costumes home to wash, iron and bring them all back on hangers, ready for the children to wear. We spent many hours laminating various bulletin board graphics and cutting out craft project for the Sunday School hour. Never tiring of doing the work of her Lord. She was a true servant of God and I'm sure she was greeted by God who said, "Well done, my good and faithful servant". She loved children and taught so many how to love and serve with a grateful heart. She is going to be missed so very much. Prayers to her family and to all who loved her.
