Obituary for Peggy Ann Olmstead (Flick)
Peggy Ann Olmstead, 76, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at the Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. She was born on August 13, 1944, the daughter of Paul M. and Eleanor H. (Hughes) Flick.
Peggy was an active member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church for many years. She worked at Battle Creek Public Schools, wherever she could help out.
She is survived by her Two Sons, Jerry (Vicki) Olmstead and Dale (Sarah) Olmstead; Brother, John (Carol) Flick; Two Sisters, Mary (Tom) Metzler, Patti (Steve) Sadler; Grandchildren, Alicia, Abigale, Alexandria, Ethan; Special Friend, Eldon "Mitch" Mitchell; and all other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her Parents, and Husband, Max Olmstead.
Peggy loved to read, travel, working with her hands doing embroidery and dancing whenever she had the chance. She especially loved her family. They were the light of her life and she enjoyed spending time with them and making memories throughout the years.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
