Obituary for Phyllis Jean McLeod (Maurer)
Phyllis Jean McLeod, 80, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. She was born on November 15, 1941, the daughter of Lyle and Daisy (Olney) Maurer.
Phyllis retired from The Calhoun County Friend of the Court after 30+ years of dedicated service.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Mark Rush, Michael Rush, Paula Long, Dawn DeVries and Patricia Rush; step-children, Michael McLeod and Deborah Morrison; and grandson, Thomas Rugg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter McLeod.
At this time cremation has taken place and no services are being held.
She will be laid to rest with her husband at Battle Creek Memorial Park Cemetery.
