Condolence: Rease became a very special member of our family 38 years ago when he was the officer on duty the night that our sister, Dorothy Uptgraft Madden was killed by a drunk driver. He showed our family so much compassion and kindness during a very difficult time. He will forever hold a very special place in our hearts - he will be missed. Our heartfelt sympathy to his family.
