Ronald Heinif Williams, 69, of Battle Creek, MI, died, Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Battle Creek Health System. He was born December 18, 1941 the son of Irwin Joseph Williams and Clara Mae (Nicholson) Williams.
He was a blaster /driller for the White Pine Copper Company in White Pine, MI for 15 years. He moved to Battle Creek in 1987 and was team leader at Nottawa Gardens in Athens, MI for 5 years. He then was a processor at Murco in Plainwell, MI until retiring in 1996.
Ronald is survived by Wife: Lucinda Bernice Williams of Battle Creek,MI; Daughters: Rhonda Gorton of Appleton, WI, Ronita Tawney of Battle Creek, MI and Naoma (Brett) Faulk of East Leroy, MI; Sons: William (Kathleen) Williams, Robert (Denise) Williams, Rob (Roby) Williams, Milton Stevens and Richard Williams all of Battle Creek, MI; Brother: Virgil Williams of Battle Creek, MI; Sister: Audrey Williams of Battle Creek, MI; 34 Grandchildren and 34 Great Grandchildren; Mother-in-Law: Elsie Pedrin of Ironwood, MI and Former Wife: Rhoda Cole of Battle Creek, MI.
He is preceded in death by his Parents; Sisters: Alice Groh and Delores Williams; Brother: Deroy Williams and 1 Grandson.
He enjoyed hunting, camping, traveling and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Friends are being received at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Monday, March 7, 2011 after 1 PM. A funeral service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, on Monday, March 7, 2011 at 2 PM with Chaplain Beverly Kelley officiating. Memorial tributes may be made to the Family of Ronald Williams.
