Obituary for Rosalyn Bell MacCrossen
Rosalyn (Rose) Mongar-MacCrossen, 87, went to be with the Lord on February 10th surrounded by her family. Rose was born in Boon, Michigan to Tom and Dorothy (Platz) Mongar. She moved to Battle Creek, MI when she married Jay MacCrosssen in 1949.
She is survived by 4 children, Sue (Dennis) Pike, Pat (Jim) Boles, Steve (Diane) MacCrossen, and Randy MacCrossen; 20 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; 3 sisters and 1 brother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay MacCrossen; 2 sisters; 5 brothers, and 2 grandchildren.
Rose loved her family very much. She liked to dance and was very good at it. She liked to bowl, go to garage sales, and loved her friends very much.
The memorial service celebrating her life will take place at 2:00, Monday, February 24th at Rhema Word Outreach Church, 21342 Capital Avenue, Battle Creek, MI with Pastor Cheryl.
