Obituary for Ruth Lee Bliss (Heath)

Ms. Ruth Lee Bliss, born to Willie Mae and Robert Lee Heath on September 1, 1951 in Hayti, Missouri. She moved to a small town in Arkansas where she grew up and later moved to Battle Creek to be closer to family.
She is preceded in death by her Father and Mother, Robert Lee and Willie Mae Heath, her Son, Michael (Harold) Plain, 4 Sisters, Linda, Florene, Jane and Sarah and 2 Brothers, Percey and William Heath. She leaves behind a Son, Darren Heath, Daughter, Cynthia Bliss, 3 Sisters, Ann (Talice), Shirley and Rosie Heath, and Brother, Dennis Heath. She had 4 Grandchildren, Sharmia Bliss, Quenisha Henderson, Martika Robinson, and Kenneth Robinson, 3 Great-Grandchildren, Cinceere Hoover, Saniyah Purdy, and LoV'e Swanson, and numerous nieces, nephews and good friends.
Ms. Ruth enjoyed going to church, cooking big meals for her family, singing and humming. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. In her last days, she loved spending time with her great-grandchildren, they kept a smile on her face! She loved spending time planting, watching lifetime movies, and being outside. Might we add, she was one of the cleanest people around. She was overall amazing, with a heart of gold and would give her last to a stranger. She spent her last couple of years struggling and fighting but with the help of her granddaughter, Sharmia Bliss, her fight lasted a little bit longer. She fought a great battle but in the end, she was at peace. She was a very special person to a lot of people but she has now gained her wings. She will truly be missed.
I love you Granny!
