Sabrina Sue West born June 9, 1956 entered into her rest on April 21, 2011. Even with the quality of her life being diminished by her chronic and sometimes critical illness; Sabrina continued to enjoy attending church, listening to music, cooking, cleaning, and taking trips. She had a "green thumb" attested to by her beautiful plants. Sabrina adored her grandson Davion and great niece Alexis.

She was preceded in death by her youngest son Brian Haddley, grandparents Grover C. and Johney B. Hightower, her precious mother Oteria Salters Palmer, Uncles Grover Jr. and Charles Hightower and brother Marante Haddley. She leaves to cherish her memory the love of her life Donald West, sons Marlon Salters and David Johnson, grandson Davion Brown, sisters Judy (James) Warren, Patti Ware, Lisa Salters, Maranda, Lolitha Jones, Donna Frank, and Tamika Haddley, brothers Willie Haddley Jr., Horace Guy, Tony Haddley, Tyrone Richie and Dennis Haddley, her father Willie (Willa Mae) Haddley Sr., Aunt Sarah, step father Norvell Salters, special cousin Linda Jones and a hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will take place on Tuesday April 26, 2011 at the First Salem Missionary Baptist Church at 12 Noon with Reverend Craig Tatum officiating. Interment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery following the service.
