Shelby Jean Arnold, 79, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Bronson Battle Creek. She was born on October 8, 1937, the daughter of Walter Doan Nixon and Viola (Phillips) Nixon.
Shelby is survived by her two Sons, Richard Arnold, II, and Terry Arnold; two Daughters, Rebecca (Ken) Blunk, and Rene (Timothy) Dunn; 12 Grandchildren; 28 Great-Grandchildren; 4 Great-Great Grandchildren; Brother, William Nixon and a host of other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brothers, Davis Nixon, Walter D Nixon, Jr., Ralph Nixon, and a Daughter, Roxanne Weaver.
Shelby enjoyed trips to the casino. She also loved nature, she would bird watch and fish all day if she could. In her younger years, she enjoyed going camping with her family and going on trips. Shelby had a heart of gold and she will be missed dearly by all those lives she has touched as well as her two dogs.
