Obituary for Stephen T. Cartwright
Stephen T. Cartwright, 77, of Scotts, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 7, 2020. He was born on September 17, 1943, the son of the late Herbert Cartwright and Nina (Johnson) Cartwright.
He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Bobbie Jeane (Graham) Cartwright of Scotts; sons, Stephen (Sandy) Cartwright, Tom Cartwright, Gary Crosby and Darryl (Angie) Cosby; daughters, Mindy DeHaan and Donna (Dave) Slaughter; of special mention and dear to his heart grandson, Myan DeHaan; 60 grandchildren and sister, Susan (John) Henker. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Stephen was a farmer and owner of C & C Cartage Expediting Plus Trucking Co. of Scotts, Michigan. He was a graduate of Climax-Scotts High School and Western Michigan University. Stephen enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and his many grandchildren. He was a member of the Lakeside Baptist Church for many years.
In accordance with Stephen’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 12:00 at the Lakeside Baptist Church, 15025 N. Uldriks Dr. Battle Creek, Michigan.
