On Friday, March 12, 2021, Stephen Paul passed away unexpectedly at the age of 31 years. Stephen was born February 21, 1990 in Battle Creek, MI, the son of Dawn Paul. He earned his diploma from Cornerstone Christian. Stephen was a jack of all trades working as a handyman. Stephen enjoyed drawing, fishing, golfing, tubing, kayaking and an occasional poker game. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially his children. He was a friend to everyone and always had kind words and a smile to share.

Stephen will be forever remembered and missed by his children, Jaden Landis, Stephen Landis, and Makayelah Vandegriff; mother, Dawn Paul; siblings, Chris Paul, Matt (LeeAnna) Paul, Mike (Lia) Paul, and Kirsten Paul; partner, Sarah Vandegriff; his best friend, Kamilla Landis; his uncles and aunts; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

The funeral service will be held at Baxter Funeral & Cremation, 375 W. Dickman Rd. Battle Creek on Thursday, March 18 at 12:00 pm, with the family receiving friends the hour prior to the service. Live stream will be available to those unable to attend. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Family invites you to join them in a Celebration of life at Squirrel Hollow Golf Course following interment.
