Obituary for Thomas Floyd Davidson

Thomas Floyd Davidson, 78, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. He was born on January 25, 1941, the son of Roger Floyd Davidson and Anita Nina (Reeves) Davidson.
Tom attended school in the Battle Creek area. He was one of the founders of the Greater Battle Creek Ice Hockey Association. Tom dedicated 37 years of work to the Post Cereal Company before his retirement.
Tom is survived by his wife of 42 years - Connie D. (Butcher) Davidson; son, Chad Davidson; three daughters, Linda (Christian) Bishop, Brenda Leonard and Katie Davidson; three step-children, Pat Schroeder, Laura (Mark) Segorski, Raymond Scott (Kim) Schroeder; former spouse, Cinda Shier; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Jerry Davidson and Daniel Davidson.
In his younger years Tom enjoyed working on old cars, collecting bikes and watching and playing sports. His main passion in life however, was his family and spending as much time with them as he could. He will truly be missed by those that knew him and loved him.
A memorial banquet to celebrate the life of Tom will be held at the Baxter Funeral and Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Thursday, March 28, 2019 starting at 5:00 pm.
