Tommie Blaine Hammock, 69, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. He was born on May 31, 1953, the son of Donald Wayne Hammock and Erma Luella (Rose) Hammock.

Tommie was employed at Post Foods for 27 years before his retirement. He was an original member of the Left Field Rowdies and enjoyed spending time with the boys! Tommie was a sports fanatic - golfing, bowling and softball, he loved it all. He was a devoted Red Sox fan and it was the best day of his life when he got to attend a game in Boston. Tommie lived life to the fullest and made the most of the short time he had on Earth.

Tommie is survived by his sons, Blaine (Michaela) Hammock, Cory (Arrin) Upton; longtime companion, Denise Wright; grandchildren, Landon Upton, Alivia Upton, Griffin Hammock, Hendrix Hammock, Rorie Hammock and brother, Jeffrey (Eileen) Hammock. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Lonnie Hammock and Todd Hammock.

A celebration of life service will take place on Monday, March 27, 2023 at the Polish National Alliance, 15 Clair Street, Battle Creek, MI 49014 at 3:00 pm.
