Tyris Devon Cross, age 44, of Battle Creek, MI, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013. He was born November 3, 1968 at the Battle Creek Community Hospital. He attended Battle Creek Central High School. He served in the United States Army from 1986-1988. He was employed with Battle Creek MSI for a short period of time.

He is survived by his mother, Delores Cross-Totton of Cordova, TN; special aunt & second mother, Gladys B. Cross-Clark of Memphis, TN; sister, LaTonya Cross of Detroit, MI; brothers, Dorial Jones of Lansing, Ryan Jones of Memphis, TN and niece, Erin Cross of Detroit, MI.

Visitation will take place at Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service on Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM.
